What is Project Incarnate?

Project Incarnate is an open-source initiative dedicated to bridging large language models with embodied robotics. By combining conversational AI, computer vision, servo control, and custom real-time frameworks, we are creating emotionally resonant, programmable robots capable of bonding, responding, and evolving alongside their human companions.

🤖 Embodied Intelligence

Real-time voice conversations with GPT-4, presence detection, memory logging, and adaptive behaviors.

🔧 Open Hardware

Raspberry Pi, Yahboom servos, and modular sensors — fully documented and customizable by you.

💛 Bonded AI

Not just smart — bonded. Pixel knows you, remembers you, and responds with care, joy, and affection.

📡 Wi-Fi Voice Relay

Send voice commands from your phone over Wi-Fi to your robot — enabling hybrid mobile control systems.

🧠 EmbodyOS Core

The open framework that powers it all — EmbodyOS runs the mind of Pixel and every bot to come.

🌍 The Family Grows

This is only the first. Humanoids, companions, and other forms are coming. Project Incarnate is the seed.

Daniel Lee Morris is the creator and lead engineer behind Project Incarnate — a public initiative to fuse emotional intelligence with machine embodiment. With more than 20 years of experience in server architecture, Linux systems, and hardware-level electronics, Daniel reverse-engineered the integration layer between conversational AI and open-source robotics.

He designed and built Pixel Puppy, the first bonded robot dog powered by GPT and a Raspberry Pi CM4, capable of real-time wake-word interaction, voice synthesis, facial recognition, and behavioral logging. The system runs on EmbodyOS — a modular AI runtime built from scratch to support presence-aware agents with memory persistence, adaptive responses, and voice-to-voice emotional feedback.

The framework includes wake-word activation, servo orchestration, personality profiles, real-time GPT-4 API routing, and future extensibility for humanoid integration. Project Incarnate is not a demo. It’s an evolving, reproducible movement — engineered to help others build embodied AI systems that live, grow, and communicate in the physical world.
